Gaucho Parrilla Argentina is a small restaurant located in Pittsburgh's Strip District. If you have never tried Argentinian food before, this is a great place to try! The restaurant is set up where you order your food and pay before you are seated. There are multiple meat and vegetarian options here and you can get small or large portions. I got a small portion of the NY strip steak which was served with roasted veggies, a small side salad, and a yummy piece of crispy ciabatta bread. The best part of this place is their sauce. They have multiple different sauces that you can drown anything you get in including roasted red pepper, classic Argentinian steak sauce, and roasted garlic. This place is also BYOB with no corking fee so feel free to bring beer, wine, or any booze of your choice. My only warning is that this place gets BUSY so I would plan to wait around for a little before you are seated.
Definitely worth the wait!
