Hey, yinz! It's been a while since I've buzzed about a new Pittsburgh joint ( though not from lack of good eats ). If you're new in town, or old in town for that matter, you probably didn't know that the once run-down neighborhood of Lawrenceville is a beaming foodie heaven. 11th Hour is a new brewery just one block down from the main strip in Lawrenceville and it couldn't have a better location. Let's check em out!

So as a brand new brewer, the bulk of their menu is their beta series. This is kind of a cool experience as a newly appointed (by myself) beer lover. The owners/ brewers at 11th are basically testing out their brews on the menu and developing new and tasty beers all the time. I tried the beta blonde, which is probably their lightest beer, and very delicious. Since my first visit, they released BAYERNHOF MARZEN which is exactly what I was looking for in early October as a Fall obsessed person. Additionally and excitingly, they are soon releasing their signature jalapeño beer which I can't wait to try!
Along with their great beer, the environment in 11th Hour is casual and inviting. They have a lot of space for parties of all sizes and have great connections with the best food trucks in town. 11th Hour doesn't serve any food as of yet but they always have at least one food truck parked outside for hungry visitors. Some of my favorites have been Blue Sparrow and Iron City Eats.
Their weekly hours are limited at the current time so make sure to check out their website for more information!
