Row House Cinema| Bierport

If you're looking for a fun night out, head to Lawrenceville and check out Bierport and Row House Cinema.

Row House is a single screen old fashioned theater that features different movie themes every week. The movies aren't new releases which is pretty unique because you can see older movies on the big screen! I went during the Italian theme screenings and saw The Godfather which was awesome as always.

Row House features seasonal movie themes, like Halloween and Christmas, but also themes like old-time western. You can even buy a viewing pass for the whole length of a theme if you're really into it and want to see all of the selections!

What makes a movie night even better? The huge selection of craft beer right next door. Bierport is actually physically connected to Row House and it is fully stocked with craft and local Pittsburgh beer that you can enjoy at Bierport, or in your movie at the Row House. There is a large assortment to choose from that includes ciders, ales, nitro brews, and anything else you can think of. You can purchase single bottles, customized six packs, and there's even a cozy tap room.

The tap room is just downstairs and it features a happy hour and beer flights. You can hang out before your movie, or just stop by for a beer if your out and about in Lawrenceville! The majority of their beer selection is stored at room temp, but if you want to grab a bottle from the shelf and enjoy it on spot, they have a really fast "beer chilling machine" that makes your beer ice cold in under 4 minutes. What more can you ask for really?
